Michele Stevenson is a lawyer and a partner at Stevenson Law Firm. Ms. Stevenson is an expert on family and employment law as well as mediation and alternative dispute resolutions. As partner of the firm, Ms. Stevenson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s cases, including litigation, mediation, discovery and counseling.
Ms. Stevenson earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Jose State University before earning her law degree from Santa Clara University’s School of Law. Before opening her own firm she served for nearly nine years as a lawyer in the military, where she advised soldiers and their families in matters regarding separation, divorce, custody and property division. She has written and published extensively on both employment and family law and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts as well as the Sacramento County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
When Ms. Stevenson isn’t busy fighting for her clients, she enjoys traveling, bicycling and tasting fine wines.
